iTi is seeking an exceptional Government Sales Account Manager to join our Sales team!

You are a Sales Account Manager seekinga position that will allow you to perform various full-cycle inside sales activities, while achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
You would enjoy the opportunity to:
Meet quotas and other key sales objectives in the Government Market.
Establish productive relationships with key personnel in client accounts.
Seek out new growth opportunities and generate new sales leads.
Develop and deliver sales presentations to clients and prospects.
Work cross-functionally in the organization to meet account performance objectives.
Build and execute a sales plan with assigned Government accounts.
Build a robust pipeline of opportunities, while retaining current accounts.
Assess client needs proactively, perform business intelligence reporting and analysis at the account level and identify a clear action plan to address opportunities and challenges.
Write proposals and respond to Request for Proposals (RFP s) and contracts.
Requirements
Professional Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong drive to succeed
- Strong ability to increase company pipelines through targeted traffic and demand generation
- Associate Degree / bachelor s degree in business or any related field
- Progressive B2B sales experience in any service organizations (1-2 years)
- Experience in account management and customer relationships (2+ years)
- Social media and internet research preferred
- Proactive and responsive individual who is focused on ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
- Excellent Planning and organizational skills.
- Strategic and futuristic thinker.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with diverse group of people across diverse industries.
- Quick learner and effective negotiator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Bilingual preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Innovative thinker who can understand customer needs and translate them in products and services.
