On behalf of one of its clients in the design services the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is recruiting an Account Executive Design & Marketing.
An Account Executive supports the Account Direction team across a number of disciplines and categories including brand retail packaging and digital. The role of the team in the agency is to oversee projects on a daytoday basis ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential providing bestinclass customer service and marketing recommendations.
Daily contact with clients is a key part of the job so offering new and forwardthinking ideas is essential to the productive communication process. A very confident and assertive attitude is necessary to promote the agency s ideas and benefits.
Reporting to the company s directors or an Account Director this is a fastpaced environment that is both demanding and fulfilling involving the coordination of internal and external staff.
Typical activities
The daytoday management of clients brand packaging and retail project activities
Regular communication and liaison with clients at a mid to senior level
The organisation of client feedback
Generating accurate reports and status notifications
Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
Proactive activities that encourage teams to perform to the best of their ability
Budget & administrative followup for every project
Farming and business development to develop sales pipeline
Requirements
A previous experience in professional client relationship management
A previous experience in the design industry is preferred
Good client management and presentation skills
Excellent written and spoken English.
Skilled in MS office Powerpoint Word and Excel
A keen attention to detail and budgetary constraints with a lot of rigor
Full awareness of creative processes and techniques including digital platforms
The willingness to learn and grow
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as well
2+ years experience working in a design environment Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in Visual Communication / Graphic Design Good technical skills in Adobe Suite (AI / PS / INDD etc.) Excellent communicator / presentation skills Passion for working in a team and elevating the standards of the studio
