Are you our next change agent

This Account Director leads at least one large account.

Is the primary point of contact for clients and drives progress within the account alongside Senior project managers/operations colleagues. Leads project at the Client interface establishing a strategic view of the Client account. With confidence drives conversion of new business within accounts. Ensures direct reports build their skill sets particularly across the Solution Suite and confidence in front of Clients.

Client Engagement

  • Understanding and applying client strategy
  • Is the first escalation point owning key Client contact relationships
  • Navigates any Client account issues directly
  • Gains agreement from the Client about the approach
  • Leads pitch team and process end to end
  • Helps team problemsolve client accounts
  • Fully understands Client situation patient demographics and objectives prior to determining a solution
  • Communicates requirements timelines issues status and progress to all project stakeholders (clients internal and external suppliers involved in projects)
  • Is generally viewed as the key contact on accounts and works closely with any Account Executives and Senior Account Executives to manage communication content and channels with the Client
  • Ensures communication with the client is in alignment with agreed processes and standards as defined by any local policies and practices
  • Directly and regularly seeks ad hoc and formal feedback from the client
  • Establishes a broad network across the client account and ensures other internal team members are introduced in a timely fashion based on project deliverables
  • Approves communication content to Client for AE and SAE
  • Leads problemsolving / complexities directly with Client and coordinates internal team actions to resolve
  • Proactively address issues or concerns in your projects to resolve to the clients satisfaction
  • Escalates any highrisk Client concerns to a more senior team member

Client Project Management

  • Directs and supports the whole allocated business
  • Monitors assigned tasks to ensure ontime to standard completion
  • Plans ahead for the whole team and predicts risks
  • Manages all Client accounts via reporting team
  • Ensures all team members are correctly using Project systems/processes/platforms
  • Proactively manages the delivery of all work for assigned clients on time and in budget and leads financial management of the project including budgets cost estimates invoices and client requirements
  • Leads all others on the account and resourcing team as is required
  • Proactively identifies and develops solutions for potential issues or opportunities with current client projects
  • Ensures highquality standards are maintained
  • Oversees internal and supplier resources including briefs budgets and deliverables
  • Ensure others complete the following: project plans preparing presentations for clients and supporting with financial administration such as creating budgets and updating financial trackers
  • Guide all direct reports on Works with internal functions to ensure highquality deliverables within budgets
  • Ensures accurate records are completed in the form of project management templates CMAP etc
  • Proactively raises potential project issues with Clients as they arise and determines potential solutions to ensure the smooth running of the client project

Budgeting and profitability

  • Ensures upcoming external project costs are accounted for in CMAP
  • Improves profitability on Client projects
  • Meets revenue targets and ensures reporting team do
  • Tracks project profitability and has systems in place to improve

Business Development

  • Build a broad network of contacts across the Clients
  • Coordinates documentation and personally presents PSP concepts and solution overview with clients and pitches
  • Presents web creative and content concepts alongside other team members

Product / Solution Knowledge

  • Understands the whole AH solution suite and drives conversations with existing and potentially new Clients
  • Proactively develops business development skills and understanding of the solution suite with direct reports
  • Can confidently present and advise on OTI

Leadership

  • Confidently and proactively manages performance via documented 1:1 s Goal setting at least quarterly reviews and yearend reviews and proactively manages any performance issues
  • Select new team members with adherence to the recruitment process
  • Develops team through the career path by providing or resourcing buddying and mentoring support

Experience required

  • Ideally 4 years in an advertising agency context or similar
  • Tertiary qualification in commerce communication advertising or marketing (preferred)
  • Ability to manage profitable client projects
  • Proven ability to reach revenue targets
  • Proven ability to reach Client satisfaction metrics in a similar context
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Small team direct line management
  • Ideally Behavioural health or digital health experience OR market research consumer behavior customer or patient experience mapping exposure
