We are looking for an account collector to negotiate repayment plans with debtors and help them find solutions to make paying their overdue bills easier.
Responsibilities:
Negotiating Repayment Plans
Locate And Contact Debtors
Ability To Handle Complaints
Keep Tracking Outstanding Debts
Maintaining Customer Payment Records
Update Account Status And Database Regularly
Assist In Managing Collections Department
Determine Collection Action To Be Taken
Ensuring Ach Requests Are Processed Correctly
Investigate Accounts
Investigate And Resolve Discrepancies
Monitoring
