The Account Assistant & Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the organization. They are responsible for overseeing financial transactions preparing financial reports and managing accounts payable and receivable. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health and stability of the company.

  • Assisting with budget preparation
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Preparing financial reports
  • Conducting financial analysis
  • Assisting with tax preparation
  • Handling payroll processes
  • Monitoring financial transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations
  • Assisting with audit processes
  • Developing financial policies and procedures
  • Managing financial data and records
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with financial planning
  • Participating in financial meetings and discussions
  • Providing support to the finance team

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Proven experience in accounting or financial management
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of tax principles and payroll processes
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability to new technologies and tools
