We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Engineer to join our clients Networks team on the Falkland Islands. As an Access Network Engineer you will be required to contribute to all aspects of the Transmission and Provisioning Team. This includes satellite communications installation and maintenance of the companys access network infrastructure. The role is a mix of office and field work.
This role will be part of a team of 7 reporting to the Transmission & Provisioning Engineer/Supervisor.

Requirements
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have experience and knowledge in the following:
- HND or higher in a relevant technical field
- Satellite earth station operations
- Experience in radio systems data transmission fibre copper networks systems and fixed voice.
- Strong electrical and mechanical background including AC and DC
- Good interpersonal skills are essential as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in office 365 applications
