Offer career guidance Providing one to one emotional guidance and help students plan for their future.
Treat all students with patience and compassion for the challenges they are facing. Ability to make students feel safe and secure
Working directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals.
Helping students to prepare for admissions applications and tests.
Providing students with materials related to a career of their choice or career counseling to suit their skills.
Developing monitoring and assisting with counseling programs.
Reporting student issues to the appropriate authorities .
Qualification:
Bachelors or associates degree
Excellent active listening and communication skills.
Patient friendly and accommodating personality.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English
Bond for 3 yrs
Shift in work.. 1) 9am to 5pm
2)11am7pm
