We are a new business in Sicily. Our goal is to combine organic farming with a unique villa rental. Luxury will meet fair trade and environmental friendliness. The renovation has already started and we are searching for our Architectural Project Manager Intern to be part of our team.

Position Description

We are looking for a highly reliable, hard-working Architectural Project Manager Intern.

You will be working closely with the architecture team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. You will contribute to setting goals, planning, giving directions and coordinating the Architecture Department.

Requirements

Responsibilities of the Architectural Project Manager

• Oversite of the project team
  

• Work on multiple projects
  

• Assist the Architecture Supervisor
  

• Participation in the design process
  

• Prepare reports and presentations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
  

• Be in contact with project team members to identify and resolve issues
  

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and reported to the CEO
  

• Development of schematic design, design development, and construction documents
  

• Review architectural drawings for local code compliance
  

• Coordination of the project team s work
  

• Monitor the progress of all construction phases
  

• Build and maintain client and team members relations
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  

• Strong communication and design skills
  

• Solid organizational and leadership skills
  

• Detail-oriented multitasker
  

• Fluent in English
  

• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM360
  

• Understanding of formal project management methodologies
  

• Flexibility and Adaptability
