Intro:
Hey we are a small company that is looking for a 3D Environment/Building/Props Artist for our Fantasy Strategy Game: Outlaw Kingdom.

About Game:
Outlaw Kingdom is an Strategy Auto Battle Roguelite Game. Take control of your outlaws rob steal and fight your way to riches. Build up your camp and recruit more outlaws so you can take over the kingdom.

Ideal Candidate:

• Mediaeval fantasy enjoyer.
• Knows Git and Unity or is willing to learn.
• Enjoys video games.

The Team.
Kasper: Full Time Programmer Unity and project manager.

Xevar: Full Time 3D Character Artist VFX and Animations.

Mads: Part Time Fmod Music and SFX.

Publishing deal Team.

Michaela: Part Time 2D art for Steam page and UI.

Erin: Part Time Marketing.

Work Day.
For working hours it is 9:0016:00 a total of 35 a week.

Project.
The project is in the middle of refactoring after the prototype was made into a demo.
So the new 3D character and gameplay is still not in the demo.
I expect the full development to take close to year so it will be done next year.

Tasks

The 3D style we are going for is a mix of Broadlands and Darkest Dungeon so the 3D models look hand draw.

• Environment: Make vegetation grass tree rocks and so on.
• Building: Outlaw camp buildings Peasants town and Enemies castle.
• Props: Any kind of props that helps makes the world feel more alive.
• Optional: Help with level design

Requirements

• Experience in creating fantasythemed models for strategy games.
• Basic understanding of game art pipelines and optimization techniques.
• Ability to work independently and take creative direction.
• Familiarity with popular 3D software such as Blender Max or Maya.
• Willing to move to Sweden.
