Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers to understand their requirements objectives and brand
identity.
Develop creative concepts and ideas for corporate events Activation and exhibition
designs considering factors such as space utilization traffic flow branding and audience
engagement.
Create 3D visualizations Structuring renderings modelling and creating AutoCAD Layout
using software tools such as 3ds Max Maya V ray AutoCAD or similar programs.
Develop the detailed layout of the proposed setup design for a corporate event Activation
Exhibition etc
Design and layout exhibition booths displays signage and interactive experiences to
enhance visitor's experience.
Incorporate lighting color schemes textures and materials to create visually appealing and
impactful designs.
Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders incorporating their feedback and
making revisions as necessary.
Work closely with production teams and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation of
design elements.
Stay updated with industry trends emerging technologies and design techniques to
continually enhance the quality of exhibition designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience a minimum of 5 years as a 3D Designer / Visualizer in the corporate
events Activation & exhibition industry.
Proficiency in 3D modelling rendering & Creating Layouts using software such as 3ds
Max Maya V Ray AutoCAD Corel Draw or similar tools.
Strong artistic and creative skills with a keen eye for aesthetics composition and
attention to detail.
Knowledge of materials textures lighting and color theory.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think innovatively to overcome design
challenges.
Knowledge of construction techniques spatial planning and building regulations is a
plus.
Portfolio showcasing previous exhibition design projects is required.
