Tasks
responsible for the production supervision of up to 45 hourlies in a compression molding and transfer molding operation
will have 2 Trainers and 2 Group Leads reporting into with 45 nonunion hourlies
responsible for driving metrics KPIs safety quality and lean
will run the whole shift including quality maintenance and warehousing as well in those hourly numbers
25 of those are Press Room Operators in the medical clean room and another 10 in the compounding part of the mill
must be floor driven to coach train and mentor
Requirements
2 years experience as a Supervisor out of manufacturing
prefer molding backgroundrubber plastics or silicones
