Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the IT support sector. They should demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Active Directory Exchange workstation and server setup and support. Additionally familiarity with internet router configuration soft PBX admin and mobile device management tools is preferred. Motivated individuals eager to pursue formal learning opportunities to gain certifications and benefit from associated incentives and sponsorships are highly encouraged to apply.
Main Duties:
Provide exceptional helpdesk support to users
Diagnose and resolve inbound support requests related to IT connectivity telephony and mobile
Monitor RMM dashboard status/alerts and take corrective action as needed
Specialize in diagnosing and resolving escalated and complex issues
Repair hardware faults and install upgrades to client hardware
Identify trends affecting service quality and implement appropriate solutions
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in IT Support essential
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS900) desirable
Microsoft 365 Identity and Services (MS100) desirable
Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security (MS101) desirable
Managing Microsoft Teams (MS700) desirable
Strong team player with a professional friendly cando attitude essential
