2D 3D Floor Plan Designer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D floor plans from architectural drawings and handsketches
• Develop 3D floor plans and models to illustrate spatial arrangements and design concepts
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop to produce highquality floor plan designs
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers to understand project requirements
• Ensure accuracy and precision in measurements and scale while creating floor plans
• Produce visually appealing 2D and 3D renderings for marketing and presentation purposes
• Adhere to project timelines and deliver designs according to client specifications
• Implement feedback and make revisions as necessary
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies related to floor plan design
• Assist in creating customized floor plans based on client preferences and requirements
• Provide support in creating virtual tours and walkthroughs for properties
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support visual content creation
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations in floor plan designs
• Maintain organized records and documentation of floor plan designs and revisions
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance the overall design process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design or related field
• Proven experience as a 2D & 3D Floor Plan Designer or similar role
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Strong understanding of spatial arrangements scale and design principles
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and blueprints accurately
• Experience in 3D modeling and rendering for floor plans and interior spaces
• Excellent visualization and conceptualization skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain precision in designs
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to floor plan design
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Capability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of 2D and 3D floor plan designs
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving design requirements and client preferences
• Uptodate knowledge of design software and tools
