Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Job Duration: 09 months Contract on W2 (Contract to Hire)
Job Location: Beltsville MD 20705

Note: US Citizen required for this position

Job Description:

  • Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations including working with engineers in setup and calibration tasks as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts components subassemblies and final assemblies.
  • Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct online adjustments to products instruments or equipment.
  • Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
  • Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing experience 13 years
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail. Be able to work in a teambased environment and achieve goals with a safety first attitude.
  • Demonstrate basic computer skills including navigating web browsers and using standard applications like Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Onsite only
  • Sometimes overtime and weekends.
  • 9/80 work schedule
