We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to support testing and quality assurance for our Digital Agency Platform a loan administration and agency banking platform covering syndicated loans drawdowns repayments rollovers interest calculations fees notices covenants and lifecycle events.
The QA Analyst will be responsible for preparing detailed test cases validating platform functionality identifying defects supporting UAT and ensuring that the platform meets enterprise-grade standards expected by agent banks and loan operations teams.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial services lending platforms loan operations or enterprise SaaS testing.

Key Responsibilities
1. Test Case Preparation
Build detailed test cases from user stories BRDs PRDs Figma screens and functional specifications. and nbsp;
Ensure test cases cover positive negative edge-case and regression scenarios. and nbsp;
Prepare test scripts for end-to-end agency workflows. and nbsp;
Define expected results clearly for each test scenario. and nbsp;
Maintain test case libraries in JIRA Excel TestRail Zephyr or similar tools. and nbsp;
and nbsp;
2. Functional Testing
Test key workflows across the Digital Agency Platform including:
Deal setup and facility configuration and nbsp;
Borrower lender agent and participant setup and nbsp;
Drawdown booking and utilisation tracking and nbsp;
Rollover repayment prepayment and cancellation flows and nbsp;
Interest rate setting and rate reset events and nbsp;
Fee setup accrual billing and payment workflows and nbsp;
Agency fees commitment fees utilisation fees and other fee types and nbsp;
Notice generation approval and distribution and nbsp;
Covenant and obligation tracking and nbsp;
Secondary transfer and position movement workflows and nbsp;
Accounting entries cash movements and reconciliation outputs and nbsp;
and nbsp;
3. Calculation Validation
Validate business and financial calculations including:
Interest accruals and nbsp;
RFR calculations including daily simple compounded and term RFR and nbsp;
Fixed and floating rate structures and nbsp;
Margin floors and base rate floors and nbsp;
PIK and capitalisation of interest and nbsp;
Default interest and penalty calculations and nbsp;
Commitment and utilisation fees and nbsp;
Day-count conventions including ACT/360 ACT/365 and 30/360 and nbsp;
Multi-currency and FX-related scenarios and nbsp;
Break costs prepayments and repayment schedules and nbsp;
The QA Analyst must be able to compare system outputs against manually calculated expected results or agreed calculation templates.

4. Defect Management
Log defects clearly with steps to reproduce screenshots expected results and actual results. and nbsp;
Classify issues by severity and priority. and nbsp;
Work closely with developers BAs and product managers to clarify issues. and nbsp;
Retest fixed defects and confirm resolution. and nbsp;
Track open issues through to closure before release or client handover. and nbsp;
and nbsp;
5. Regression and amp; Release Testing
Support regression testing before every release. and nbsp;
Maintain regression test packs for critical platform workflows. and nbsp;
Validate that new changes do not break existing functionality. and nbsp;
Support smoke testing sanity testing and release readiness checks. and nbsp;
Provide clear QA sign-off or risk-based release recommendations. and nbsp;
and nbsp;
6. UAT and amp; Client Demo Support
Support preparation of UAT test packs for client validation. and nbsp;
Help validate workflows before client demos. and nbsp;
Identify functional gaps and usability issues before external handover. and nbsp;
Prepare QA summary reports highlighting test coverage defects risks and open items. and nbsp;
Work with Product and BA teams to ensure client feedback is converted into testable requirements. and nbsp;

Required Skills and amp; Experience
36 years of QA experience preferably in financial services lending banking fintech or enterprise SaaS. and nbsp;
Strong understanding of functional testing regression testing defect lifecycle and UAT support. and nbsp;
Ability to write detailed test cases from business requirements and user stories. and nbsp;
Experience testing workflow-heavy platforms. and nbsp;
Strong attention to detail and ability to validate calculations. and nbsp;
Familiarity with JIRA or similar issue tracking tools. and nbsp;
Ability to work closely with Product Engineering BA and QA teams. and nbsp;
Good written communication skills for defect reporting and QA summaries. and nbsp;
