Job Summary
Job Title: Product Engineer - Frontend
Location: Dania Beach FL (onsite 4x/month; must reside in or relocate to South Florida)
Type: 6month contracttohire
About the Role
Paisly is expanding its engineering team to build and scale customerfacing travel products. We are seeking frontend engineers (React/) at the junior and midlevel to join a fastmoving team that owns the entire user experience. Youll work closely with UX/design partners translating Figma designs into highquality code and delivering intuitive accessible interfaces.
What Youll Do

Develop and maintain userfacing features using JavaScript React and .

Translate Figma designs and wireframes into productionready code.

Collaborate with UX/design teams to deliver bestinclass interfaces.

Write clean testable code and efficiently deliver complex tasks.

Contribute to product lifecycle from conception through retirement.

Ensure accessibility and performance optimization in UI development.
What Were Looking For

Experience:
-
Junior: 3 years frontend development (React/ required).
-
MidLevel: 5-6 years frontend development with broader UI library exposure (Tailwind Mantine or similar).

Frontend Focus: Strong background in frontend engineering only (not fullstack).

Technical Skills:

React ecosystem tools ( Redux Jotai RESTful APIs TypeScript).

Familiarity with NodeJS/NestJS for backend collaboration.

Unit testing experience.

Accessibility knowledge (WCAG 2) is a big plus for midlevel.

Soft Skills: Strong communication ability to work independently and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
