What the role involves...

Youll manage your own varied caseload of complex high-value employment matters from multi-claimant and discrimination cases to TUPE and beyond. With the autonomy to run cases end-to-end youll also represent clients at Employment Tribunal hearings and play a key role in delivering exceptional results.

This isnt just about legal work. Youll be a trusted adviser a mentor to junior colleagues and an influential voice within the team helping to build capability strengthen relationships and drive success.

Youll be part of a purpose-led team working closely with trade unions making a tangible difference to peoples working lives. Youll have the freedom to lead the support to grow and the opportunity to influence outcomes that matter.

Who we are looking for...

Strong experience across employment law including complex litigation
Confidence handling ET advocacy and managing cases independently
A passion for delivering outstanding client care
Proven ability to coach guide and develop others
Excellent communication organisation and prioritisation skills
