• Accountable for risk management and adherence to all governance standards for the continued sustainability of the segment in country.
• Drive and entrench a consistent client experience through all engagement platforms.
• Drive multi-product client experiences to address business life events distributed through client engagement platforms.
• Drive satisfactory audit outcomes and ensures that there are no repeat unsatisfactory findings as gauged by Group Internal Audit.
• Enable integrated ways of working and collaboration across the value chain to deliver for the client.

• Added Advantage: Post Graduate Degree and/or Master of Business Administration

Field of Study: Social Sciences/ Business & Commercial Studies

Experience Required

Business & Commercial Banking

8 10 years Work Experience & Exposure to and demonstrated understanding of Credit Risk Management frameworks Client Centricity and related is crucial. Strong understanding of digital open banking and platform integrations.
