We deliver a wide range of services to support student on their journey at Waipapa Taumata Rau University of Auckland. Our primary function is to deliver high quality in-person and online services that support students holistically. Our services include:
- guidance and advice on being a student
- navigating the University systems spaces and processes
- exploring study options
- application and enrolment support
- Library & Student IT services
Our Hub Advisers provide advisory services primarily through 1:1 consultations for more complex enquiries guiding students through their journey and connecting them in with appropriate University resources.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team of Hub Advisers who:

Te Whiwhinga mahi The opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional person to join our team in the Tai Tonga Campus Student Hub.
This is a full-time 37.5 hours per week role.
The shift pattern for this position is:
Tuesday: 12 pm-8 pm
Wednesday: 8 am -4 pm
Thursday: 8 am -4 pm
Friday: 8 am -4 pm
Saturday: 9 am -5 pm
The salary range for this role is $62400 - $68200 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
