Lead on High-Value Corporate Transactions in a Growing London Practice

Our client is seeking a commercially minded Senior Associate Corporate Law to take ownership of transactions mentor junior lawyers and contribute to strategic growth.

The Role Senior Associate Corporate Law

In this senior position you will handle a broad range of corporate matters including:

• Mergers & acquisitions (M&A) leading transactions from inception to completion
• Private equity and venture capital investments
• Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
• Drafting and negotiating shareholders agreements SPAs and investment agreements
• Advising on corporate governance and regulatory matters
• Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
• Supporting and supervising junior team members
• Contributing to business development and networking initiatives

You will gain exposure to high-value complex transactions working with a diverse client base including SMEs investors and entrepreneurial businesses.

What Were Looking For

To be considered for this opportunity you should demonstrate:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
• 58 years PQE in Corporate Law within a UK law firm
• Strong experience leading or playing a key role in M&A and corporate transactions
• Excellent technical knowledge of company law and corporate governance
• Proven ability to manage transactions independently
• Strong drafting negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members (preferred)
• A proactive approach to client relationship management and business development
