Mechanical QAQC Lead

What youll be doing

• Leading QA/QC activities across mechanical building services projects
• Carrying out site inspections and quality audits across installations
• Ensuring works are completed in line with project specifications drawings and company standards
• Managing mechanical inspection test plans (ITPs) QA checklists and quality records
• Supporting compilation and review of mechanical test packs and commissioning documentation
• Managing and tracking NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and close-out actions
• Coordinating snagging activities and ensuring timely resolution of defects
• Supporting mechanical commissioning and handover activities
• Working closely with Project Managers Engineers Site Teams and subcontractors
• Maintaining accurate QA documentation using digital QA platforms
• Supporting client inspections audits and quality meetings
• Promoting a strong culture of quality compliance and continuous improvement across projects

Qualifications :

What were looking for

• Previous experience in a Mechanical QA/QC Mechanical Engineer or Quality role within Building Services / M&E
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems installations and commissioning processes
• Experience working on large-scale commercial industrial or Data Centre projects desirable
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures ITPs and handover documentation
• Full driving licence desirable
