Quality Engineer Production (2-Year Fixed Term)

• Analyzes internal defective parts and update the failure catalogue based on findings;
• Propose/request modification of the failure catalog;
• Prepares documentation for internal and external complaints and 8D problem solving sheet PSS Concessions;
• Coordinates follows-up and check the line release documents;
• Collect and monitor the corrective actions following the analysis of failed or scrap parts (Q Alert 8D PSS PDCA);
• Fills in the standardized documents for quality topics within the production department with the required information (14 Q Principles QAM 4M 5S Stop Board);
• Complete reports of daily / weekly / monthly quality reports;
• Responsible to manage the quarantine area block store scrap and release parts according to coresponding documents;
• Coordinates system audits (product and process) in the department;
• Is responsible to maintain and improve the content of the standards of visual inspection performed manually;
• Draws up documents for internal and external complaints;
• Other tasks and responsibilities specific to the position with a temporary character set by the hierarchical superior.
