Interdepartmental Project Liaison

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Serves as project manager between departments ensuring active engagement from both departments when and as necessary
• Balances each departments needs and acts as an advocate for each to ensure transfer success
• Works with each department to schedule and coordinate cross-training and involvement in method feasibility development qualification and/or validation as teams are available
• Provides guidance and assists with problem resolution during the transfer process
• Drives process improvements
• Attends meetings with each team as needed
• Fosters motivation and morale
• Manages compliance and key performance indicators for the department
• Organizes and presides over meetings with management personnel from both departments as needed
• Communicates effectively with client staff members
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Basic Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelors Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum one year of previous experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Motivation to excel and inspire excellence in others ability to see projects through completion strong communication including verbal writing and presentation skills.

Ability to communicate effectively and relate well to people; mental and emotional stability and maturity.

Additional Information :

Position is Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with additional hours as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster PA are encouraged to apply.
