Job Summary
- Perform live DJ sets across various resort outlets (pool beach lounge nightclub events).
- Curate playlists aligned with guest demographics mood and event themes.
- Collaborate with the Entertainment Team during daily activities and evening shows.
- Support themed nights special events gala dinners and seasonal programs.
- Provide musical backing for live performances when required.
- Adapt music style based on audience response and management direction.
- Coordinate with animators performers and event hosts for smooth show execution.
- Read the crowd and adjust music accordingly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Engage with guests in a professional friendly and energetic manner.
- Respond to guest music requests where appropriate and aligned with policy.
- Work closely with Entertainment Manager for event planning and execution.
Qualifications :
- Presentable professional and guest-oriented personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest inquiries requests and complaints efficiently and politely
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer systems (MS Office hotel management systems preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a high level of responsibility and reliability
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
