Sales Manager for DIY

We are currently expanding Sales Manager for DIY for the Czech Rep. we are looking for a new colleague who wants to work for a strong brand and help our customers with the implementation of projects in the construction industry. 

What you will be responsible for:

• will be responsible for the development and management of business activities in the specific segment of Do It Yourself (DIY) which includes the sale and distribution of products and services focused on home improvement and renovation;
• prepares continuously updates manages the implementation and evaluates the business units business strategy in accordance with the companys strategic goals;
• monitors market developments and identifies business opportunities and threats;
• is responsible for meeting set business goals analyzes the results of business teams and prepares reports on the progress and results of business activities;
• develops relationships with key business partners and seeks new opportunities in the market.

• You will negotiate with representatives of construction companies and their suppliers the assignments are different and you will never get bored.

• You will propose specific technical solutions and present their benefits.
• You will become an expert in the market if you are not already.
• You will work closely with representatives of other departments. We work as a team and you will never be alone.
• You will feel good about the completed project.

Qualifications :

How we imagine you:

• You have a university degree or a technical secondary school and practical experience.
• You have no problem reading basic technical materials in English and exchanging a few English emails with colleagues from other countries.
• You want to be the master of your time and organize your work.
• You may not have many years of experience in the field of DIY market.
• You like to be on the move and on meetings with customers sitting in an office is not something you can expect with us.
• You are an active driver and feel like a fish in water behind the wheel.
