Role description:

Design develop and maintain custom applications to streamline processes for the Commercial Enablement and Growth Community.

This role will be responsible for developing Power BI dashboards sales pipeline reports and advanced analytics to guide strategic decision-making. The Data Analyst will also play a key role in maintaining data quality supporting stakeholders with Oracle Sales Cloud issues and driving process improvements through knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Role accountabilities:

Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze large complex datasets to generate fact-based insights influencing business strategy and performance.
  • Identify interpret and communicate trends patterns and key metrics (e.g. win-loss rates pipeline health market dynamics).
  • Deliver value-driven analysis and reporting leveraging Sales Cloud data to support core business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Growth teams to monitor and report on new products innovations and strategic initiatives.
  • Employ descriptive and predictive analytics to forecast outcomes highlight opportunities and mitigate risks.

Reporting & Visualization

  • Develop automate and maintain comprehensive Sales Pipeline reports on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Work closely with Growth teams to design and deliver tailored reporting for key clients.
  • Ensure accuracy consistency and alignment of sales and financial data across Oracle Sales Cloud Redwood and IGRP platforms.
  • Translate complex data into clear visualizations performance metrics and actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Data Quality & Governance

  • Identify data integrity issues; implement solutions ensuring consistent and reliable data across systems.
  • Manage data quality processes and support troubleshooting for Oracle Sales Cloud users.
  • Drive standardization and harmonization of reporting practices while maintaining governance and compliance standards.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Growth Finance and Operations to align analytics solutions with business goals.
  • Act as a mentor and knowledge resource for junior team members on data analysis visualization and automation best practices.
  • Champion data literacy and fact-based decision-making throughout the organization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation automation and continuous improvement in reporting and analytics processes.
  • Support the management and development of SharePoint sites to facilitate reporting collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Automation (If applicable)

  • Design and develop user-friendly business applications via Microsoft PowerApps to solve specific challenges.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate optimizing process efficiency and reducing manual effort.
  • Monitor evaluate and continuously improve Power Platform solutions for performance and user satisfaction.
  • Document all automation solutions thoroughly including technical specifications process maps and user guides.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions aligned with IT strategy.

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead or contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency scalability and automation within growth operations.
  • Perform flexible and timely ad hoc analyses and reporting to meet emerging business needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 4 years proven working experience as a Data Analyst
  • Working knowledge of programming and scripting languages including Power Query DAX JavaScript and JSON.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI Oracle Sales Cloud (or comparable CRM systems)
  • Experience with data modeling connectors and data transformations.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint site creation and administration is preferred.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing business demands.
  • Collaborative and resilient team player who operates with integrity discretion and a positive attitude.
