In this pivotal role you will drive international researchgrantscollaborationsandprogramsacross the entire Faculty.Workingwith senior leaders and global partners to grow impact in fine arts and music.

What you will deliver:

  • Lead implementation of theFacultysinternationalpartnershipplanand related research collaboration initiatives across diverse disciplines.

  • Develop targeted researchgrants andcollaborationsaligned with Faculty and University strategies.

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with internationalindustryand community partners to enhance research outcomes and global reputation.

  • Provideexpert advice to senior academic leaders on international engagement mobility opportunities and partnership governance and processes.

  • Coordinate due diligence data management reporting and continuous improvement for research and international partnership activities.

You may be a great fitifyou:

  • Hold a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field with extensive experience in complex partnership or engagement roles.

  • Demonstrate a strongtrack recordin research grants andpartnershipsas well asmanaging external relationships in higher education or arts.

  • Exhibit advanced skills in developing and delivering operational plans procedures and initiatives that achieve measurable outcomes.

  • Apply sophisticated analytical and problem-solving abilities to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement projects.

  • Provide confident leadership influencing and negotiation across teams building productive relationships in culturally diverse environments.

  • Use digital tools and business systems effectively with readiness to learn new platforms and data processes.
