Payments – Treasury Services Commercialization APAC – Executive Director – Singapore
Job Summary
The APAC Treasury Services Commercialization Role is part of the APAC treasury services team which will drive regional commercialization strategy growth initiatives and execution across Treasury Services products. This role is accountable for moving beyond launch execution to strategic growth by client segment industry and corridor packaging end to end Treasury Services solutions that meet distinct client personas and buying behaviors.
The role sits at the intersection of Product Sales and Regional Management with a mandate to scale commercialization capabilities across APAC and evolve the operating model as the scope expands beyond payment rails to broader Treasury Services offerings.
This position reflects a senior JPMC Executive Director role requiring strong strategic judgment execution discipline and the ability to influence outcomes in a complex regional matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute APAC commercialization and growth strategies by client segment industry vertical and corridor aligned to regional revenue and market completion objectives.
Lead solution packaging across Treasury Services (payments liquidity receivables FX-related capabilities) translating product features into coherent client propositions.
Partner with Product teams to influence pricing positioning and competitive strategy using market insights and client feedback to sharpen differentiation. Align APAC commercialization strategy with global commercialization strategy and drive cross regional collaboration and initiatives.
Define and execute distribution strategies to ensure Treasury Services solutions reach target clients through the most effective channels.
Determine the optimal mix of direct coverage specialist sales digital channels partnerships and campaigns by client segment industry and market.
Align distribution approach with client buying behavior sales capacity and market maturity ensuring efficient coverage and scalable execution.
Work with Sales Marketing and Product teams to sequence distribution efforts and prioritize channels that maximize adoption engagement and revenue impact.
Act as a senior commercialization partner to country and regional Product teams balancing global consistency with local market needs.
Expand commercialization coverage as scope grows beyond payment rails to a broader suite of Treasury Services products ensuring the operating model scales accordingly.
Lead cross functional forums and working groups to align Product Sales Marketing on execution priorities. Serve as a senior thought partner to APAC Treasury Services leadership on commercialization strategy and regional growth opportunities.
Deliver clear data driven updates to senior management on commercialization performance risks and opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor Degree in Finance or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Treasury Services Payments Transaction Banking or Financial Services with direct responsibility for commercialization product strategy or go to market execution.
Strong understanding of APAC client buying behaviors regional market complexity and cross border considerations.
Proven ability to operate at both strategic and executional depth translating high level strategy into tangible commercial outcomes.
Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders across Product Sales and regional teams in a matrixed organization.
Executive level communication skills; comfortable representing commercialization perspectives in senior leadership forums.
Strong team player mindset with a collaborative approach to problem solving and a track record of partnering effectively across functions regions and seniority levels to achieve shared commercial goals.
