As a Call Center Representative at Extract Wellness you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals seeking information about hemp-based CBD products. Your main duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers addressing inquiries about products orders and general information
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Processing orders payments and returns accurately
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Providing product recommendations and guidance on product usage
- Assisting customers with any technical support related to the products
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Desired Experience
The ideal candidate for this role would have at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment. Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry would be a plus.
