About Us

Join First Parking one of Australias leading and fastest-growing parking operators with over 20 sites across Brisbane Melbourne Sydney and the ACT.

We are currently seeking a proactive and hands-on Car Park Operations Attendant to support our Melbourne operations team. This role has been created to strengthen onsite operational coverage and provide additional support across day-to-day site operations.

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of operations maintenance and hands-on practical work.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager your responsibilities include:

• Supporting day-to-day car park operations
• Graffiti removal and facility presentation works
• Equipment maintenance and minor repairs
• Signage installation and general handyman tasks
• Assisting with operational support across multiple sites
• Conducting routine site inspections and reporting issues
• Supporting operational coverage during leave periods and busy times

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

• Strong operations and administration skills
• Previous experience in facilities operations or maintenance environments
• Practical problem-solving ability and hands-on approach
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and across multiple locations
• Reliable and a proactive attitude
