Social Media Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to own and elevate Jobylons presence across LinkedIn Instagram YouTube and emerging channels. You will be the voice of our brand in the social space creating content that resonates with HR leaders talent acquisition professionals and decision-makers at enterprise companies. This role sits at the intersection of brand building demand generation and employer storytelling and offers the opportunity to shape how a category-defining SaaS company shows up in European markets.

What Youll Do

• Develop and execute Jobylons social media strategy across organic and paid channels with LinkedIn as the primary growth engine for our B2B audience
• Plan write and publish content that speaks to talent acquisition leaders in the Nordics Benelux and DACH adapting tone and format for each market where relevant
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Customer Success and Sales to translate product launches customer stories and industry insights into compelling social narratives
• Produce a mix of formats including short-form video carousels thought leadership posts and live event coverage
• Manage the social content calendar community engagement and inbound conversations
• Partner with the demand generation team on paid social campaigns including audience targeting creative testing and performance reporting
• Build and nurture an employee advocacy program that activates Jobylons leadership team and broader organization on LinkedIn
• Track performance against clear KPIs (reach engagement follower growth pipeline contribution) and report insights to marketing leadership

Skills & Requirements

• 3 years of social media experience preferably in B2B SaaS or HR tech
• Proven track record growing and engaging audiences on LinkedIn in a professional or enterprise context
• Strong copywriting skills in English; additional Nordic Dutch or German language skills are a significant plus
• Comfort with content production tools (Canva Figma basic video editing) and social management platforms
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable creative decisions
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment and can move between strategy and hands-on execution
