To further enrich our service offering we expanded into Relocation Accounting (Expense Management) Client Advisory and Assignment Management Services in 2016 which enabled us to provide clients with end-to-end mobility 2017 we formally launched K2 Bespoke a VIP/executive relocation service offering which has since grown to include a global team of 30 and which has established itself as the industry leader in this mobility 2018 we acquired Harbour HR a small London-based immigration and HR consultancy. This acquisition was part of a strategic venture into the global immigration market and is the foundation from which we grew our outstanding global Immigration team.
Our growth has been supported by significant investments in 2023 we developed AlphaTech our in-house technology division through which we have built proprietary systems for case management implemented compliance tracking and set up service automation all of which has enhanced our agility and the quality of the services we deliver.
Over close to 25 years K2 has grown significantly developing a suite of service offerings. We wanted to give each of these offerings its own identity so in 2026 we chose to rebrand transitioning from K2 Corporate Mobility to K2 Group. We are looking for a Bespoke Executive Property Lead based in Guildford UK reporting to our Managing Director Bespoke Services based in Guildford UK.
The Role
The Role is principally to support our UK inbound and outbound relocating population with destination services including home search orientation settling in and departure assistance.
The Bespoke Executive Property Lead will work closely with our Relocation Managers to ensure the end-to-end move is seamless and the extensive knowledge and presence in the UK housing market will be a critical advantage for our Executive Tier population.
Main duties and responsibilities
UK Home searches (mostly in London for K2 Bespoke Clients)
- Capturing client requirements / briefing calls
- Researching the market for properties
- Creating a property tour
- Accompanying clients through the property tour
- Support the Bespoke Relocation Manager with securing the property and all associated administration
UK DSP support - using your expertise to support the team with
- Tenancy Agreement review and negotiation as necessary
- Departure services supporting the Bespoke Relocation Managers
- Notice to agent/ Landlord
- Supporting check-out administration
- Deposit return negotiation
- Tenancy Management/ queries from on assignment population
- On-site support
Shipment packing/delivery oversight this can be in the UK or in Europe (occasional)
- Receiving rental furniture
- Media installations
- Other on-site support
- Support with identifying new Destination Services initiatives
- Service innovation and efficiencies

Experience: Skills / Abilities & Knowledge all essential
- Experience in a property related discipline e.g. UK Property Management or Estate Agent Lettings
- Understanding of UK Rental Process
- Knowledge of the London Lettings and Sales property market
