About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team in Düsseldorf. This role plays a key part in managing the end-to-end procurement process for marketing-related goods and services ensuring strong supplier relationships and supporting the team in achieving cost-efficient and high-quality outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist the Procurement Manager in establishing benchmarks for goods and services.
Manage procurement processes from A to Z including clarification of requests commercial negotiations and contract management.
Evaluate supplier performance systematically and develop strategic partnerships with vendors.
Monitor and report on procurement activities and fulfillment status to the Procurement Director.
Support the implementation of procurement strategies in alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of marketing and retail business operations.
Professional experience in procurement supply chain or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken); Chinese language skills are a plus.
Basic knowledge of project management principles.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
