Job Summary
Location: Greater The Hague Area Netherlands
Team Size: 510 multi-disciplinary engineers (Hardware FPGA Embedded SW)
Salary Range:gross/month excl. vacation pay
As our Senior RF Engineer you will own the design simulation and validation of mission-critical RF subsystems taking architectural ownership and bridging the gap between analog hardware and digital signal processing.
Architect & Innovate: Design cutting-edge RF systems signal chains and custom waveforms for tactical communication and sensing.
Hands-on Development: Work across analog RF electronics (LNAs mixers PAs) and push designs through advanced simulation to physical validation.
Lead the Charge: Guide a tight-knit multi-disciplinary team of hardware and software engineers on complex design tasks.
Validate: Develop and execute rigorous test plans using high-end RF measurement equipment.
What You Bring
The Experience: 5 years of deep hands-on RF design experience.
The Expertise: A strong command of analog RF electronics waveform development and simulation tools.
The Mindset: A Masters/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent proven track record) and a desire to take true ownership of your work.
The Alignment: Full fluency in English and a strong affinity for the defense/security domain.
