- Analyze and redesign back-office workflows across finance claims billing and customer operations.
- Lead transformation across Record-to-Report Procure-to-Pay Order-to-Cash and broader F&A operations.
- Reimagine processes using AI automation workflow orchestration and data-driven insights.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose innovative scalable solutions.
