Job Description:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL (Must)
- Basics of Unix Scripting
- Experience with problem-solving methods and performing RCA
- Ability to adopt Agile work environment
- Understanding of JIRA Sprint etc.
- Experience with 24x7 Application support model
- Coordination skills with cross-functional teams
- Domain Knowledge (Strongly Recommended)Energy & Utilities (Electricity Transmission Distribution & Retail)
- Functional / Operational knowledge of systems like ADMS/DMS OMS CCB (CIS) AMI etc. (Preferred)
Role Overview:
- This role requires a SQL/PL/SQL developer to support application development and 24x7 support in the Energy & Utilities domain. The developer will work in an Agile environment using JIRA and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Core & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using SQL and PL/SQL
- Perform Unix Scripting as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Work in Agile environment with JIRA and sprints
- Provide 24x7 application support
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
