Job Summary
Title : SCCM Engineer
Work Location : Manhattan NYC (local preferred)

JD:
Required skills:
8 years in End User Computing Desktop Engineering or endpoint management
Strong interest and working knowledge of enterprise AI tools and endpoint requirements
Deep expertise in app packaging and deployment using SCCM Intune Jamf Pro MDT and macOS/Windows formats
Strong Microsoft 365 Entra ID Autopilot and modern device management experience
Proficiency in PowerShell Bash and/or Python automation
Solid Windows 10/11 macOS AD Group Policy and endpoint security knowledge
Experience creating deployment metrics dashboards and operational documentation
Strong troubleshooting process design and communication skills
Nice to have skills:
Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry
Familiarity with Jamf Pro Ubantu Munki and macOS enterprise management platforms
Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants LLM-based tools or AI development environments at the desktop level
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Jamf Certified Tech/Admin or ITIL Foundation
