Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION: SENIOR ASSOCIATE
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Associate to join our firm.
This role is designed for a versatile professional capable of managing a clients
entire lifecyclefrom the initial incorporation of a Private Limited Company to
comprehensive annual compliance and strategic tax filing.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Secretarial: End-to-end handling of Private Limited Company incorporation
ROC filings and maintenance of statutory registers.
Audit & Assurance: Leading Statutory Audits Tax Audits and Internal Audits for
various business entities; ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards and Ind AS.
Direct Taxation: Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals and
corporates; managing TDS compliances and appearing for assessments.
Indirect Taxation: Overseeing GST registrations monthly/annual returns (GSTR-1 3B
9 & 9C) and handling GST refund processes or litigations.
Financial Reporting: Finalization of Financial Statements including Balance Sheets
P&L accounts and Cash Flow statements as per Schedule III.
Compliances: Ensuring timely filing of all other regulatory forms and providing advisory
on startup valuations or company restructuring.
Candidate Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (Qualified) or Semi-Qualified with significant experience.
3-5 years of post-qualification or post-articleship experience in a CA firm.
In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act Income Tax Act and GST Laws.
Proficiency in Tally ERP systems and MS Excel.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple client deadlines independently.
