Department:Supply Chain Management (Business Support Services)
Key Responsibilities:
Working with external suppliers to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
Preparing Purchase Orders againstproforma invoicesand following up for internal approvals.
Reconciling vendor proforma invoices against our supplier contractual agreements.
Preparing reports to be communicated to internal customers.
Coordinating between internal departments such aswarehousesRigsand logistics.
Qualification:
Musthave proficient computer skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word MSExceletc.)
Working knowledge or experience in the accounting and finance domainisa must.
Oracle/SAP experience is preferred.
Experience:
3 years of professional experience.
0-2years of experience in Supply Chain management.
Qualities or Attributes:
Proactive- take the initiative to resolve issuesandidentifydiscrepancies.
Excellent critical thinking and organisational skills.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
