Job Description:
We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our dynamic team. As a Cashier you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient transaction processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle cash and electronic payments accurately and responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process.
- Operate cash registers process cash and card payments accurately and efficiently.
- Scan items and ensure prices are correct and discounts are applied appropriately.
- Handle customer inquiries resolve minor issues and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
