About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Enrolments Officer HE to join our Higher Education team. This role is central to supporting student enrolment processes maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance across systems and procedures.

Working closely with teams across Student Administration Academic Services Student Experience and Admissions you will play an important role in delivering a smooth and positive enrolment experience for students while supporting operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

This position will be based at ourOffshore Team (Remote Work and Day Shift) and offered as a full-time fixed-term.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Enrolments and Records Management

  • Process new and continuing student enrolments in accordance with institutional policies and academic calendars
  • Support the setup of courses and units each teaching period and ensure students are allocated to the correct classes and timetables
  • Assess and process enrolment change requests including leave of absence deferrals withdrawals campus and study mode changes and course transitions
  • Monitor enrolment activity and flag non-commencements or inactive students for review and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate enrolment data across the Student Management System (SMS) Learning Management System (LMS) and related systems

Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

  • Perform data entry quality checks and routine audits to ensure system accuracy and consistency
  • Support TCSI verification PRISMS updates and data corrections under supervision
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy and data protection requirements at all times

Student Support and Communication

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to student enquiries relating to enrolment study load and course progression
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Senior Enrolments Officer or Coordinator where appropriate
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with students regarding enrolment changes key dates and procedural requirements
  • Support the Student Experience team by providing students with accurate information and guidance on enrolment procedures and academic timelines

Operational and Administrative Support

  • Assist with generating enrolment reports and administrative documentation as required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing enrolment workflows and service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve system or process issues impacting student enrolment or progression
  • Provide administrative support to the broader Student Administration function as directed

Education Experience and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Business Administration Education or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 12 years experience in student administration enrolments or higher education operations
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Student Management Systems and Learning Management Systems
  • Understanding of higher education regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and database management
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse remote environment
