Cost ControllerProject Controls Manager

The primary responsibility of these roles will be to manage cost reporting across multiple projects with a strong focus on cash flow forecasting. Key responsibilities include:

• Budgeting & Cost Baseline Management
• Tracking Commitments & Actuals
• Forecasting and Cash Flow Management
• Change Control Management
• Reporting and Analysis
• Reconciliation & Compliance

Qualifications :

• Preferred experience in Infrastructure/Construction Projects.
• 3 years of prior project cost control experience.
• Relevant qualifications in a related discipline combined with fundamental subject matter knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and multitask effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
