Senior Accountant

• Perform daily accounting operations including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue Government Uniform Invoices (GUI) and manage input/output invoices.
• Prepare and file VAT returns and related tax declarations.
• Handle withholding tax (WHT) calculation and filing in compliance with Taiwan tax regulations.
• Support month-end quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors tax advisors and internal stakeholders during audits.
• Prepare financial and tax-related reports to meet local and regional HQ requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls accounting policies and documentation standards.
• Provide basic office administrative support when required depending on organizational needs.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

• 負責日常會計帳務處理包含傳票編制帳務入帳與帳戶核對
• 統一發票GUI開立與管理進銷項發票彙整
• 營業稅VAT及相關稅務申報作業
• 所得稅扣繳及 WHTWithholding Tax計算與申報
• 協助月結季結年結作業確保帳務準確與關帳時程
• 配合會計師稅務顧問及內外部稽核Audit作業
• 準備財務及稅務相關報表並配合集團或總部需求
• 維護會計文件合約與付款流程之合規性
• 視公司規模提供基本辦公室行政支援
• 其他主管交辦事項及跨部門支援工作

Qualifications :

• Associate degree or above in Accounting Finance or related disciplines.
• 35 years of solid accounting experience; MNC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan tax regulations including VAT and WHT.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic English reading and written communication skills required.
• Detail-oriented proactive and able to work independently.

• 熟悉台灣稅務法規VATWHT扣繳申報
• 熟悉 ERP 系統及 Excel具英文基本閱讀及書信能力
• 細心具責任感能獨立作業並與跨部門良好溝通
