You will serve as the primary architect of change translating complex business feedback into functional digital this role you arent just documenting requirements; you are designing the operational DNA of our digital future directly influencing how Trimble scales its global operations and improves the user experience for millions.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Spearhead the digital evolution by translating high-level business strategies into executable operational process designs and functional solutions.

• Drive the continuous improvement of our global Salesforce platform ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and evolving user needs.

• Orchestrate the breakdown of large-scale solution requirements into agile backlogs owning the user story framework from concept to delivery.

• Act as a strategic conduit between executive leadership and technical delivery teams to ensure seamless alignment on mission-critical projects.

• Champion user adoption through innovative training strategies and rigorous system validation to ensure peak performance.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience leading Salesforce implementations and complex IT system integrations.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Expert-level understanding of Quote-to-Revenue processes including Opportunity management CPQ and Billing.

• Proven mastery of SDLC principles SOX compliance and IT general controls within a global enterprise environment.

• Advanced analytical skills with a track record of translating complex data into actionable business improvements.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and decisive decision-making capabilities.

• Bachelors degree in Management Computer Science or Engineering.

• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.

• Experience with ETL tools and advanced relational database management.
