Job Summary
Strykers Neurovascular division is focused on advancing the practice of minimally invasive stroke therapies. The businessis dedicated to providinginnovative stroke products and services for ischemic and hemorrhagicstroke andcommittedto providing clinical education and support to help physicians deliver better patient outcomes.
What youwill do
On a daily basisbuildsrelationships with multiple customers within an accountandbased upon knowledge of the customers needstailorspromotional message to bestdisseminateinformationregardingnew products product selection supply/inventory product functionality and updates proper use and maintenance of Stryker products and pricing trends.
Resolves customer complaints and questions by investigating problems developing solutions preparing reports and making recommendationstomanagement.
Supports market development efforts to increase the number of patients available to receiveour treatment.
Supports Marketing in the development of education programs for physicians and other health professionals involved in the use of Company productsin order toaccelerate the adoption rates of the new techniques and products which Stryker offers.
Providesexpertiseand customer service to accounts.
May gather data on marketingtrendsandcompetitive products and pricing to capitalize on selling opportunities.
Buildsrelationships with customers to influence the acceptance and use ofcompanysproducts. Identifiesand profiles key accounts anddemonstratesability to build rapport and develop customer relationships with key decision makers.
Mayparticipatein negotiation of pricing to best meet strategic company goals.
What you need
2or more years of sales experience in the medical device industry. Bachelor of Science degreerequired.
Base/Draw commission: $60000-75000and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses benefits
