As a Security Officer Dispatch Security Clearance in King Of Prussia PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense this role you will monitor alarms and communications coordinate responses to security-related incidents document activity and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $28.58 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures handling incoming calls and communicating security-related information in a professional manner.
• Monitor dispatch systems radio traffic alarms and/or other communication channels and relay information to assigned personnel in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents service requests and critical situations by documenting details prioritizing calls for service and coordinating appropriate security-related response activities.
• Maintain accurate logs incident reports and dispatch records to support daily operations within a fast-paced aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support activities through remote monitoring status checks and communication with field personnel as working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
