Job Summary

Springfield Public Schools seeks outstanding candidates for the position of Head Varsity Boys Wrestling Coach at Springfield High School for the 26/27 School Year.

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

Previous high school coaching experience preferably wrestling;
Ability to work with high school students;
Effective communication skills;
Willingness to work within the school district and athletic guidelines;
ASEP and first aid certified;
Work schedule that allows for flexibility with practice and meet schedules;
Ability and commitment to practice cultural competency and demonstrate respect for diversity;
Fundraising knowledge and/or capabilities preferred;
Understanding of OSAA rules and regulations;
Ability to be District van certified;
Ability to work with parents and booster clubs.
