Sabre is looking for a Principal Product Owner to lead and oversee the Agency Profiles Product areas with a strong focus on customers leveraging Sabre Mosaic platform.
In this role you will be accountable for the daytoday ownership and evolution Profiles Product products acting as the point of contact for Travel Agency requirements inquiries and solution discussions. You will work closely with Travel Agencies internal product engineering delivery care and commercial teams to ensure customer needs are clearly understood prioritized and delivered in a scalable and sustainable way.
The ideal candidate combines deep domain understanding strong customer engagement skills and the ability to operate effectively in a complex multistakeholder environment. This is a handson role requiring both strategic judgment and operational execution.
Role and Responsibilities
Sabre Mosaic Agency Profile Product Manager
- Own the endtoend product strategy vision and roadmap for complex enterprisescale platform products used by global travel customers.
- Act as a product leader and decision authority balancing customer needs technical constraints regulatory requirements and commercial priorities.
- Partner closely with engineering leadership architects and platform teams to define scalable APIdriven and integrationready solutions
- Collaborate closely with engineering UX QA and architectural teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Drive strategic prioritization across multiple initiatives including new capabilities technical modernization platform evolution and operational improvements
- Translate complex business problems into clear product outcomes epics and highlevel requirements ensuring alignment across distributed delivery teams
- Serve as the primary product interface for key strategic customers and partners leading discovery workshops solution alignment and roadmap discussions.
- Leads large customer projects from a product and requirements standpoint.
- Provide product leadership during customer escalations and complex operational issues ensuring clear ownership communication and resolution
- Lead crossfunctional collaboration with commercial support data billing security and compliance teams ensuring endtoend product readiness
- Guide platform governance access control roles and data ownership models in coordination with architecture and security
- Oversee product lifecycle decisions including feature introduction migration deprecation and sunset of legacy solutions
- Ensure products meet enterprisegrade quality performance security and compliance standards across global
- Mentor and support senior and midlevel Product Managers setting product standards and best practices across the organization
- Support release planning and ensure timely delivery of features
Subject Matter Expert:
- Ownership of the Mosaic Agency Profiles area with a focus on agencies/TMCs: onboarding needs configurations and data operations.
- Product operations: import/export migrations/cloning duplicate remediation profile associations template selection and recommended actions for agencies.
- Gotomarket within the Sabre Store ecosystem: product naming instructions orders integration with billing/CRM and enforcement of the ordering process.
- Access/roles/entitlements: admin rights attributes support channels (SIM/Jira) and ensuring role behavior consistency after UI changes.
- Documentation and enablement: instructions release notes/SAN and howto guides for CSV and selfservice processes.
Crossfunctional Collaboration & Delivery
- Translate customer needs into clear business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
- Partner with internal Product Managers to ensure alignment with broader product vision and investment strategy
- Work closely with Sales Account Management Program Managers and Delivery teams to support customer engagements solutioning and presales discussions
- Support customer demos solution walkthroughs and functional deep dives as needed
- Act as a subjectmatter expert (SME) for Mosaic Agency Profiles across internal teams.
Execution & Backlog Management
- Own and manage the product backlog for assigned areas and items clarity including prioritization and scope definition
- Participate actively in scrum ceremonies providing guidance and clarifications to engineering teams
- Review and accept delivered work to ensure it meets defined requirements and customer expectations
- Analyze triage and support resolution of production and maintenance issues related to Loyalty and Customer Insights
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 7 years of experience working with Airline technology travel platforms or related enterprise systems
- Strong experience in customerfacing roles including handling customer requests CRs and solution discussions
- Experience working with platformbased products and/or APIdriven architectures (experience with Mosaic is a strong plus)
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear actionable product requirements
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to balance shortterm customer needs and longterm platform strategy
- Comfortable operating in a highly crossfunctional multistakeholder environment with competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and drive outcomes across geographically distributed teams
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills managing multiple customer requests in parallel
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
- This role requires an AIfirst approach to product ownership. The successful candidate is expected to use AI tools extensively across customer engagement requirements definition backlog management analysis documentation and communication to accelerate delivery and improve quality while operating within Sabres AI governance and security standards.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable presenting to customers and internal stakeholders

- Technical background or experience collaborating closely with engineering teams (APIs SQL knowledge is a plus)
