Position Overview
- Operation Area: Regional runs across the Midwest with weekly home placement.
- Weekly Volume: Expect between 2100 and 2300 miles per week (subject to HOS).
- Freight Handling: 100% no-touch operations. Work consists of 5060% drop & hook and 4050% live unloads.
- Haul Distance: Average distance per run is approximately 300 miles.
- Fleet Quality: Assigning 2021 or newer Kenworths and Freightliner Cascadias.
- Driver Support: Dispatch and safety assistance available 24/7.
Compensation & Corporate Benefits
- Weekly Take-Home: $1200 to $1400 gross per week.
- Mileage Rate: $0.57 to $0.64 CPM determined by prior professional background.
- Sign-On Incentives: $2000 total bonus ($500 paid on first load $500 at 30 days and $1000 at 60 days; driver must remain active and seated).
- Delay Compensation: $12.50 hourly detention pay starting after the second hour.
- Layover & Breakdown: $100 daily flat rate for unexpected downtime.
- Safety Incentives: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM for clean driving and high productivity.
- Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical dental and vision coverage plus 401(k) plans and paid time off (PTO) after a 30-day waiting period.
Scheduling & Resets
- Time at Home: Maintained weekly with a full 34-hour restart.
- Lane Stability: Year-round freight volume with dedicated regional lanes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current and valid Class A CDL.
- At least 4 months of verifiable employment driving CDL-A equipment.
- Acceptable driving abstract with a strong safety record.
- Proficiency in hours-of-service planning and time management.
