Role Overview
We are partnering with a global technology solutions leader to recruit proactive customer-focused professionals in Barcelona. In this role you will represent a leading tech brand supporting business clients across Europe by managing orders providing catalog guidance and offering first-level technical support. You will work on-site in a vibrant international office environment utilizing CRM systems and SAP tools.
Your Responsibilities
- Inbound Management: Handle incoming customer inquiries and calls through the dedicated CRM portal.
- Order Administration: Process customer orders and create price quotations directly within the SAP system.
- Logistics Communication: Track delivery timelines and manage customer expectations professionally.
- Product Consultations: Provide expert product guidance based on catalog-level knowledge.
- Technical Assistance: Offer first-level technical support to help clients identify the best products and solutions for their needs.
Requirements
- Languages: Fluent or bilingual in both Dutch and French alongside an advanced level of English.
- Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Commitment: A strong interest in technical topics and a willingness to commit to the project long-term (2 years).
- Skills: Excellent communication customer orientation commercial awareness and a business-focused mindset.
